Publicis Groupe's International Legal Department is looking for an intern for a 6 month period.

The intern will report directly to the Groupe Legal Counsels and will assist with corporate, compliance and procurement matters associated with the subsidiaries of the Groupe, whose language of operation is English.

The internship is normally based at Publicis Groupe’s headquarters at 133 avenue des Champs-Elysées, 75008 Paris. At the time of posting, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Legal Counsels are working from home. This is subject to change, in accordance with government guidelines. The intern must be available to work on site at the head office should the situation evolve.

Compensation is competitive and depends on academic background.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and commenting on corporate documents in English
• Assisting in reviewing and drafting of commercial contracts
• Contract Administration
• Legal Research
• Drafting memos, letters and opinions in English
• Updating and maintaining the Groupe’s corporate and compliance databases, documents and records
• Ad hoc assignments
• Proficiency with Office suite

Requirements: 

• Minimum academic requirement: Master 2 in business/corporate law
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• A “convention de stage” is mandatory
